Early in the season, 100-lapper that night (thanks ARRA). Sun shining through the front of the car, setting behind the stands, so he is probably in the old pole-lined staging area facing the frontstretch. He's watching a heat race unfold, who's fast tonight? Who's in his heat, where does he start? What's his strategy in a qualifying race that probably has a few invaders.
