Cancelled, No Problem   

I agree with 3Wide Joe that its Fred Vahlsing's baby and he's got to do what's right for NES.  I am also not have not been a fan of New Egypt since they disqualified "The Kids Kid" last year.  My 3 sons took me to that race (they are not big race fans) and were very impressed when Billy shook all their hands "and thanked them for coming out".  Great ambassador for the sport, and New Egypt.  I've been to New Egypt several times this year and ate a ton of dust.  I know its a dirt track but I can't remember it being that dusty.  Don't plan to go back for awhile.  When I go now, its to Bridgeport, sometimes Grandview.  Ironic that Billy Jr picked up his first Bport win via the winner being disqualified.  I feel bad for Davey Sammons but maybe the racing gods felt Billy jr was owed one.  Scott Ely
