It's a real situation for this family. We sold our 60 year family business in 2019. No way we wanted to sell, but when you have a viable offer, you have to really crunch the numbers and put yourself 15 years out and where you would be. It's very difficult, but you need to take care of the people close to you and especially yourself. I bet this decision is being made, because the money they are being offered, is money you would'nt be offered in another 30 years.
Sure she has to worry about the workers, the fans, and everyone involved, but at the end of the day, take care of what is best for you and you only. It sounds selfish, but true.
