If the car count is in the "teens" or lower, that division should run twin 20 lap features only, no heat races. Fully invert the 2nd feature. You could then gamble on sandbagging in the 1st one. Local weekly short tracks are turning into what the local weekly drag races have become. Very little if any fans, and race for trophies. Until the economy improves when people have more disposable income I don't know what the answer is to get more cars and more crowd. This past weekend the weather thew everyone a loop.
