I don't remember what the overbore was. The last few years my Father ran a Weston motor. It had aluminum rods. His early engines were just cam swaps on a good junker or rebuilt engine. Not much more. I remember Richie Beridino(sp) said he had a rebuilt engine with a JC Whitney cam. That was in like the first full seas of moderns. I just think the induction help back a lot of HP.
